About Kinetic Resume

The author of Kinetic Resume process is Brian Briggs, a principal with Kinetic Wisdom Inc. Brian has over twenty years of executive management experience in product development, marketing, consulting, and sales with firms that range from startups to IBM and McKinsey and Company. In those roles, he has hired countless numbers of employees and looked at hundreds, if not thousands, of resumes both as a hiring manager and as a consultant.

Having spent so many hours, looking at so many resumes, both good and bad, he decided to take on the task of creating a new approach based on applying proven marketing techniques to the process of creating a resume that would not only help the job seeker, but the hiring manager as well. The development team then went about interviewing dozens of hiring managers to get their "take" on the current problems with resumes and the hiring process. Armed with that knowledge, the team spent the next year architecting a new and simplified process for constructing a more effective resume. And 12 months later, the product was released.
